So, with a bit of label reading and minor substitutions, your new Gluten free lifestyle can be just as delicious and varied as before. Everything from your favorite hamburger (with a whole wheat bun), to your favorite pizza (with whole wheat crust), all topped just the way you love it. You may need to make some minor adjustments to your shopping cart, but there is no reason that you can't enjoy everything you did prior to discovering the need for this specialized diet.
